Welcome to D3 Delivery. By accessing or using our website, booking our services, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling service.
Services
D3 Delivery provides furniture and appliance delivery, moving labor, assembly services, and related logistics services throughout the Carolinas. All bookings are subject to availability, scheduling confirmation, and operational approval.
Hourly estimates provided prior to service are based on the information supplied by the customer and may change if job conditions differ upon arrival.
Payments
Payment for all services is due immediately upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to service.
Deposits paid toward reservations will be applied to the final invoice balance.
D3 Delivery reserves the right to pause, cancel, refuse, or reschedule services due to nonpayment, unsafe conditions, inaccurate job details, restricted access, or scheduling conflicts.
By providing a payment method, you authorize D3 Delivery to charge the card or account on file for approved services, overtime, stair fees, additional labor time, material charges, extended travel charges, processing fees, returned payment fees, and unpaid balances related to your service.
A 3% processing fee applies to electronic payments where permitted by law.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are required to reserve scheduling, crew availability, and equipment.
All deposits are nonrefundable.
Deposits may be transferred one time toward a rescheduled service date if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Cancellations, no-shows, or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Damages & Liability
D3 Delivery takes reasonable precautions to protect items and property during service. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from:
• pre-existing damage or weak furniture construction
• particle board or ready-to-assemble furniture failures
• improperly packed items
• customer-packed boxes
• natural wear and tear
• circumstances outside of our reasonable control
• restricted spaces, narrow hallways, stairwells, elevators, or doorways
Customers are responsible for securing and removing all valuables, cash, jewelry, firearms, documents, and fragile personal items prior to service.
Any damage concerns must be reported in writing within 24 hours of service completion.
Additional Charges & Billable Time
All moving services are billed hourly unless otherwise stated in writing.
Billable time includes loading, unloading, driving, setup, assembly/disassembly, and customer-related delays.
Waiting on elevators, leasing offices, customer packing, access issues, keys, parking clearance, or other delays outside of D3 Delivery’s control remains billable time.
Additional charges may apply for stairs, long carries, oversized items, assembly/disassembly, packing materials, storage stops, or changes requested during service.
Late Payments, Collections & Chargebacks
Invoices not paid upon completion are considered past due.
Past due balances may incur a finance charge of 1% per month in accordance with applicable North Carolina regulations.
Returned payments, ACH failures, disputed charges, or chargebacks may result in additional administrative fees.
Accounts remaining unpaid may be forwarded to collections or legal recovery services. Customer agrees to be responsible for reasonable collection costs, court costs, and legal fees associated with recovering unpaid balances.
SMS Communications (A2P Compliance)
By submitting your phone number on our website, you consent to receive SMS messages from D3 Delivery, including booking confirmations, updates, and promotional offers.
