At the helm of quality care provision at GAHS is a Qualified, Board - certified Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with over 7 years’ experience in direct care of patients with mental and medical problems both on outpatient and in-patient hospitals and clinics. Our CEO/Family Nurse Practitioner - Ngozi Orabueze stands out with strong clinical skills centered on evidence-based practice aimed at providing holistic care to patients of all ages from infancy to old age with diverse health concerns and comorbid issues. Extensive Practicum experiences have been gained over the years while working on several hospitals and outpatient clinics including the Atlanta Family Physicians, Grady Health System, North DeKalb Health Center and Atlanta Quality Care Solutions, caring for patients of all ages with diverse clinical and mental health issues. Extensive experience mentoring registered nurses, and other health care professionals on rotation with the Grady Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program and Dekalb Crisis Center and acting as a resource person and mentor to them. Ensure provision of high-quality care through effective communication and timely consultation between primary care providers and patients. A strong patient advocate, educator and team builder.
