Salon Policy
Booking Fees
A $30 booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee is: Non-refundable under all circumstances. Non-transferable if cancelled or rescheduled within 7 days of the scheduled appointment. Deducted from the total cost of your service on the day.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in your appointment being marked as a no-show. A no-show will incur a 100% charge of the booked service total. Late arrivals impact other clients and the quality of service we can provide.
No-Shows
A no-show is when a client fails to attend their appointment without any notice. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. A new booking fee will be required to rebook. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Cancellations
A cancellation is when an appointment is cancelled with notice but within the 7-day period. Cancellations within 7 days will result in a loss of the booking fee. Booking fees may be transferred only if more than 7 days’ notice is given. Frequent cancellations may affect your ability to rebook in future.
Booked Services
All services are scheduled based on the time required. You will be charged the full cost of all booked services, even if you choose not to receive part of them. “Just in case” bookings are no longer accepted. Please only book services you genuinely intend to receive.
Nail Repairs
Nail repairs are not included in standard services unless specified. Broken nails will be charged at $5 per nail
Consent to Filming
From time to time, appointments may be filmed or recorded for educational or promotional purposes. By booking an appointment, you consent to the use of footage that may include your hands and voice. Your face or other identifying features will not be shown unless you have given prior, written consent. If you prefer not to be recorded at all, please let the us know before your appointment and we will happily respect your wishes
Student Refund Policy
At Allaura Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality education and support for all our students. By enrolling in our courses, you are securing a place in a program with limited spots and structured resources, which means careful planning goes into every intake.
Refunds
All course deposits are non-refundable. This secures your place and allows us to prepare your training resources.
Full course fees must be paid prior to the commencement of practical training. Once training has begun, no refunds will be issued.
If you change your mind after enrolling but before training commences, partial refunds may be considered only where full payment (excluding the deposit) has been made.
Transfers
Course bookings are not transferable to another student.
In some cases, and at our discretion, you may transfer to a future intake if extenuating circumstances apply. Requests must be made in writing and will be assessed individually.
Cancellations by Allaura Academy
In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled by Allaura Academy, you will be offered the option to transfer to another intake or receive a full refund (including your deposit).

Please enrol only if you are fully committed to completing the program. Our courses are designed to equip you with long-term skills and knowledge, and your success relies on showing up and applying yourself.
