How do I book my Cleaning

Begin by choosing your cleaning service "Standard Clean, Deep Clean, or Move in/out" options. Standard clean is recommended for those who have had their home professionally cleaned within the past 60 days. Deep clean is recommended for those who have NOT had their home professionally cleaned in over 60 days.

If this is your first time booking with Total Clean Experts, it is recommended that you choose the "Deep Clean" option, so that we can really get in there and make your home feel brand new.

How long does it take?

Standard CLeans take about 2-4 hours.

Deep Cleans should take about 3-6 Hours.

Move in/out take about 4-6 hours

Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel 48 hours before your clean, you will not be charged and will get a full refund.

24 hours or less you will be charged a fee.

What if I want to skip or reschedule this weeks clean? will I still be charged?

We do have a cancellation fee for any appointments changed within 24 hrs of any scheduled appointment. Otherwise, it will just be credited to your account.

Do you clean outside of the home?

No, we do not. Our insurance only covers us for work done inside your home.

Will I get the same cleaner every time.

If you request for the same cleaner, yes. Otherwise, it will be whichever one of our cleaners is available at the time. Please note all of our cleaners are held to the same standards. However, if for whatever reason you don't particularly like someone, you may always request that they no longer clean your home.

Also, if you would like a specific cleaner and they are not available on the day of your scheduled clean, you may request to reschedule your clean to wait for your specific cleaner.

Do I need to be home when the cleaners arrive?

No, you do not. There is a section in scheduling form where you can select "Hide my keys", you can leave a note where your key will be. You can also opt to leave a spare key with us.

Do you use Harsh Chemicals?

We prioritize the safety of our employees and our customers. If there is an area that calls for harsh chemicals, it will be used, but is not frequently used. For example, a glass shower door with calcium build up will require CLR to clean.

What if something breaks?

This seldom occurs, but accidents do happen. In the event that something does break, please call us and let us know immediately. Our insurance will take care of it.

What if the cleaner doesn't stay the entire time or leaves early?

If the work is done, it's done. We charge per service, not by the hour. However, if there are areas that you notice that weren't cleaned to our standards, please let us know via email or phone within 24 hrs after the clean was done.

What if I'm not satisfied with the service after they have left?

Please call or email or call us within 24 hours to discuss.

Am I charged upon booking?

No, but your card will be put on a 48 hour hold before your scheduled appointment. This is done to ensure your day and time are reserved.

Are prices Negotiable?

No, our rates are calculated by the information you provide on our booking page. We provide the fairest prices in our industry.

Can I trust the cleaners? Are they background checked?

Yes, to both questions. We are very particular about who represents us, therefore we would never intentionally bring in someone who we don't think is trustworthy and hardworking. We want to be sure that you feel safe and secure in your total cleaned home, so if you have any concerns or suspicions, please do not hesitate to let us know.
