We provide regular updates, collaborate closely with your team, and keep billing straightforward throughout the entire process.

Phase 1: Floor Plan Development and Consultations

This phase is all about getting your layout right. We combine hourly consultation with coordinated drafting to finalize the floor plan of your property.

$100 per Hour

Drafting and Management time can be as little as 2 hours if the plan is clear

If the plan is unclear we work in 4 hour time blocks to meet your needs efficiently

Outcome

A finalized floor plan ready to move into full architectural drawings.

Phase 2: Architectural Drawings

Once the floor plan is approved, we create the full architectural set. Most projects require 15 to 30 hours, depending on size and complexity. Revisions are not included in this phase’s initial budget.

Complimentary Phase Three Planning Meeting

This meeting defines Phase Three scope, confirms responsibilities, and identifies where we can add the most value. It can happen earlier if both sides already have a clear understanding of the project direction.

Phase Three is customized based on your project needs. Because requirements vary, it begins with a dedicated planning meeting.
