Raptor is a productized digital system owned and operated by 88 Solutions Co., LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company (“88 Solutions”).

All payments, contracts, and legal obligations are between you (“Client,” “you”) and 88 Solutions Co., LLC.

By purchasing or using any Raptor service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Raptor.


1. Nature of the Service (IMPORTANT)

Raptor is a managed, standardized digital system, not a custom marketing agency, bespoke website design service, or consulting engagement.

Raptor may include access to:

Website frameworks and hosting

Lead capture and notification workflows

Call-handling and routing logic

Reputation and review workflows

Limited CRM visibility and communication tools

Raptor does not guarantee leads, revenue, rankings, conversions, or business outcomes.

You acknowledge that:

Results vary by business, market, and follow-up

Raptor tools support operations but do not replace human decision-making

You are responsible for responding to leads and communications generated through the system


2. Subscription Model & Activation

All Raptor services are sold as subscriptions with an initial setup fee, unless otherwise stated.

Payment activates:

Your Raptor subscription

Access to the platform and system

The build and implementation phase

Notification and Command Center access (where applicable)

Payment does not mean immediate delivery of a completed website or system.

Implementation and launch occur after activation as part of onboarding.


3. Raptor Plans & Pricing

RAPTOR CORE

A full 13-page multi-seo system for established service businesses with existing demand.

Included:

Structured multi-page website system

SEO-optimized service and location pages

Automated lead capture and routing

Review automation workflows

Secure hosting (Raptor Cloud)

Pricing:

$2,000 one-time setup fee

$97/month, month-to-month

Optional annual billing (monthly portion only, if offered):

$1,000/year, billed annually

Setup fees are separate and not discounted.

System Notice:
Raptor Core is a managed, standardized system, not a custom website design service. Once launched, it is intended to remain unchanged to ensure stability, performance, and scalable support.


RAPTOR AGENT (ADD-ON ONLY)

Raptor Agent is not a standalone product.

An active Raptor Core subscription is required unless otherwise agreed upon.

Included:

Inbound call handling

Lead information capture

Call summaries and activity logging

Call routing and transfer logic

Pricing:

$497/month, month-to-month

Optional annual billing (if offered):

$5,000/year, billed annually (save 964)


4. Billing, Renewals & Cancellation

Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the option selected

Billing begins on the activation date

Annual billing applies only to the subscription portion, not setup fees

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle

Annual subscriptions remain active for the full prepaid term

Cancellation stops future billing only

All payments are non-refundable, including setup fees, subscription charges, annual prepayments, usage-based fees, and partial months

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service


5. Build & Launch Timeline

Typical timelines after onboarding:

Raptor Core: ~14–90 days

Raptor Agent: activates after all call routing is confirmed and agent is live

Timelines may vary based on responsiveness and information provided.
Delays caused by missing or incomplete information are not grounds for refund, and are expected.


6. Revisions & Customization

Raptor is delivered as a standardized system.

The following are not included:

Ongoing design changes

Page redesigns or layout changes

New pages or custom functionality

Additional requests may be declined or quoted separately at our discretion.


7. Usage-Based Fees

Certain services may incur usage-based charges, including but not limited to:

Phone numbers

Voice minutes

Carrier or telecom fees

Usage fees are billed automatically to your payment method.

SMS & Messaging Disclosure (A2P Compliance)

By providing your phone number and using Raptor services, you consent to receive transactional and service-related messages, which may include:

Lead notifications

Call summaries

Appointment confirmations

System alerts

Account or service updates

Messages may be sent via SMS, MMS, or automated messaging systems.

Message frequency varies based on usage and system activity.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
You may reply HELP for assistance.

Opting out of SMS may limit certain notification features of the Raptor system.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree not to initiate chargebacks.

We may submit call logs, system access records, and activity data to payment processors to dispute fraudulent claims.

Chargebacks may result in immediate termination of service.


10. Acceptable Use

You may not use Raptor for:

Spam or unlawful outreach

Fraud or misrepresentation

Violations of privacy, carrier, or consumer protection laws

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.


11. Intellectual Property

All Raptor systems, templates, workflows, and frameworks are the exclusive property of 88 Solutions Co., LLC.

Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the system only while actively subscribed.

No resale, duplication, or redistribution is permitted.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 88 Solutions Co., LLC is not liable for:

Lost revenue or missed leads

Business interruption

Automation or system errors

Indirect or consequential damages

Use of Raptor is at your own risk.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
All disputes must be brought in Shreveport, Louisiana.


14. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of Raptor constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
