❖ Team Lead:

▪ If the client(s) we assign you is happy with your work and ends up hiring more workers due to this, you will be promoted as a team leader right away. This may result in an immediate and/or potentially an early/bigger increment for you and opportunity to lead a team and earn more.

❖ Staffing Manager:

▪ After you complete one year with our company, you will have an option to apply for "Staffing manager" position in our agency. As a staffing manager, you continue to work on your current project(s) but on top you get to hire and manage your own team under our agency on different projects for our company (incentive package can be discussed with company's management).

❖ Yearly Increment:

▪ Our standard yearly increments are from 25 cents to 50 cents (US Dollar) in your hourly rate and this increment is based on your performance evaluation along with few other key inputs.
