Nope! Most of our clients provide access instructions and enjoy returning to a fresh, clean home. But it’s up to you..

Are your products pet-safe and eco-friendly?

Yes — all of our cleaning solutions are biodegradable, some are hypoallergenic, and all are safe for pets and kids.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We just ask for 24 hours’ notice. You can use your confirmation link or contact us directly.

Do you bring your own supplies and tools?

Absolutely. Every crew is fully equipped with premium tools and non-toxic supplies.

How does your subscription work?

Choose a plan that fits your lifestyle. Get the exact price according to your home size. We handle the rest. You’ll receive a reminder before each visit, and perks apply automatically.

Can I request the same team each time?

We do our best to keep consistency, especially for families with pets or seniors. Let us know if you have a preference.

Can I gift a service to someone else?

Yes! Just let us know. We offer digital and printable gift options for any flat-rate or subscription service.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal information is used only for the following purposes:

Booking confirmation and service coordination

Service reminders and scheduling notifications

We never sell or share your data. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Trustin Cleaning Professionals LLC does not store card or banking information.

OUR GUARANTEE

We stand behind our work on every service — interior and exterior.

Workmanship Guarantee — All Services

Every job is performed using the correct equipment, professional-grade products, and documented procedures appropriate for your surface or space.

Before and after photos are taken on every visit as proof of work performed.

Any limitations — staining, surface damage, access conditions — will be communicated to you before or during service.

If our process was not followed correctly, notify us in writing with photos within 48 hours and we will return to assess and correct at no charge.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee — Interior Cleaning

If anything is missed on an interior cleaning visit, notify us with photos within 24 hours. We will come back at no charge to correct items within the original agreed scope.

 

Our workmanship guarantee covers how we do the work — not results affected by pre-existing surface conditions, undisclosed property issues, or material limitations. Outcome satisfaction for exterior services is subject to the disclaimers in our Client Service Agreement.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

One-Time Services & Add-Ons

Cancel or reschedule by 8:00 PM the day before service.

Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a $25 fee.

 

Recurring Service Plans

Pause or cancel with 7 days' written notice before your next billing cycle.

Late cancellations may result in the next scheduled service still being billed.

 

Property Access

If our team cannot access the property, a trip charge of up to $50 may apply.

 

SAFETY & PROPERTY STANDARDS

Our team is background-checked and insured.

We treat your space with care and respect all pet and property boundaries.

Client must ensure safe working conditions — working water, electricity, and clear access — prior to each visit.

For exterior services, adequate drainage must be in place and the property must comply with local wastewater regulations.

For concrete sealing, no foot traffic for 24 hours and no vehicle traffic for 48 hours after application.

Before and after photos are taken on every visit for quality control and liability documentation.

 

BIOHAZARD & SAFETY POLICY

For the safety of our team and our clients, we do not handle:

 

Blood or bodily fluids

Mold infestations

Hazardous or chemical waste

Pest-related waste or infestations

Asbestos or other regulated materials

 

If such conditions are discovered on-site, we may pause work and refer you to a licensed specialist. Outdoor services may be rescheduled due to weather without penalty.

 

LIABILITY SUMMARY

Trustin Cleaning Professionals LLC's liability for any service claim is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service visit giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

 

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or conditions not disclosed prior to service.

We carry general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available upon written request.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These policies and all services provided by Trustin Cleaning Professionals LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Dallas County, Texas courts. Parties agree to attempt direct resolution and non-binding mediation before pursuing litigation.
