Because of this, we take our policies very seriously. Please review our polciies below before
booking your vacation.
We require a two night minimum stay during the summer season and three night minimum on
holidays.
All inn rooms reservations require a one-night deposit at the time of reservation on bookings of 1
–4 nights. Stays of 5 or more nights require a two-night deposit. Cottage reservations require a
50% deposit. The balance of payment is due at check-in. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover,
and American Express.
Inn room reservations require a non-refundable one-night deposit. Cottage and apartment
reservations may be changed up to 30 days prior to arrival, subject to a $100 fee. Cancellations
made 30 days or less from your reservation are non refundable. For reservations cancelled
beyond 30 days there is a $200 fee. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
One free on-site designated parking spot per unit. Should you require a spot for an additional vehicle we are happy to provide suggestions for local lots that offer overnight parking for a fee, but we cannot guarantee availability.
