Mentorship Program Enrollment and Access

  • Digital Products/Content: Upon purchase, you will receive access to the course materials or membership community as described on the sales page. The Company reserves the right to make changes, updates, or modifications to the program content, structure, and delivery at any time.

  • No Guarantees of Results: You acknowledge that the Company and Kel King provide education, coaching, and guidance, but we cannot guarantee specific financial results (e.g., fleet size, monthly income, or insurance cost savings).   • Coaching Scope: The services provided are for business strategy and education. They are not a substitute for legal advice, insurance consultation, financial planning, or tax preparation. You are responsible for consulting with licensed professionals (attorneys, insurance agents, accountants) for specific legal, insurance, or financial matters.

Fees and Refund Policy

  • Fees: All fees are listed on the sales page and are due upon purchase unless a payment plan is offered and agreed upon.

  • No Refunds: Due to the immediate access to proprietary and educational digital content, and the allocation of Kel King's time and resources for coaching, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing the program, you agree to this No-Refund Policy.

  • Payment Plans: If a payment plan is selected, you are responsible for completing all payments as agreed. Failure to make payments on time will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your access to the program, community, and all resources.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: The name "Kel King," "The Winner’s Circle," and all course materials, videos, blueprints, systems, templates, guides, and proprietary coaching methods (collectively, the "Content") are the exclusive intellectual property of Kel King and The Winner's Circle.

  • Limited License: Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Content solely for your own personal and private business use.

  • Prohibited Use: You agree not to copy, reproduce, share, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from any part of the Content. Sharing login details, materials, or methods with non-enrolled parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

Client Conduct and Termination

  • Community Rules: If the program includes a private community (e.g., Slack, Facebook Group), you agree to abide by all community rules, maintain confidentiality regarding other members' discussions, and treat all members and coaches with respect.

  • Termination: The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to the program, website, and community, without refund, if you violate these Terms (including, but not limited to, sharing proprietary Content or engaging in abusive behavior).

It is essential to understand that we are an educational platform and do not provide legal, insurance, or financial advice. The information, insights, and strategies shared in our programs, calls, and materials are for educational purposes only.
