1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing and using entrepreneurshipmindset.com, registering for memberships, and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. USE LICENSE

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Access our website and view content

Register for membership tiers

Participate in authorized programs and services

Use tools and resources provided to members

You agree NOT to:

Reproduce or distribute content without permission

Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data

Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

Engage in unlawful activity

Violate intellectual property rights

Impersonate other users

Post threatening, defamatory, or obscene content

Interfere with website operations

3. MEMBERSHIP TIERS & PRICING

A. Starter Tier

Cost: $29/month or $299/year

Features: Ignition Heights & Recharge Courtyard access, monthly virtual workshop, starter eBook library, community forum access, 1 group coaching booking/month

B. Builder Tier

Cost: $79/month or $749/year

Features: All Starter benefits, plus full access to Builder's Block, Creative Culdesac, Redirection Road, 2 group coaching calls/month, e-learning courses, grant templates, pitch night invitations

C. Legacy Tier

Cost: $249/month or $2,299/year (or 4-month payment plan at $575/month)

Features: All Builder benefits, plus Legacy Lane & full Resource Row access, monthly mentorship circles, VIP 1:1 coaching (quarterly), priority funding access, 1:1 business strategy session

D. Entrepreneurship Rx Program

Cost: $997 (full price) or $333 x 3 (payment plan) or $297 (non-refundable deposit for starter option)

Duration: 6 weeks with live sessions

Includes: Weekly coaching calls, business launch toolkit, daily mindset audios, 1:1 launch call, lifetime access to upgrades

4. PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are in USD

Payment is non-refundable except where required by law

Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

Annual plans must be renewed by the anniversary date

We accept standard payment methods through our secure processor

Failed payments may result in service suspension

All deposits for Entrepreneurship Rx program are non-refundable

5. REFUND POLICY

Digital Products & Access: Generally non-refundable once access is granted

Programs & Services: Non-refundable after commencement except as required by law

Right of Withdrawal: For certain jurisdictions, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days

6. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Cancel anytime by contacting us at

Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period

Upon cancellation, access to member-only content ceases immediately

No refund for the current billing period

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the website including:

Text, graphics, logos, images

Video and audio content

Course materials and ebooks

Tools and templates

Coaching guides and business plans

...are the property of Entrepreneurship Mindset or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute without explicit permission.

8. USER CONTENT & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

By participating in our community forums and group sessions, you agree to:

Post respectful, professional content

Not discriminate against or harass other members

Not share confidential or proprietary information

Respect intellectual property rights

Follow all applicable laws

Not promote competing services without permission

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines and suspend memberships for serious violations.

9. MESSAGING AND COMMUNICATION

A. Transactional Messages:

Automatic SMS/A2P messages for account updates, order confirmations, and appointment reminders

You consent to these by providing your phone number

Cannot be opted out of while maintaining active membership

B. Marketing Messages:

Separate opt-in required for promotional communications

You can opt-out anytime by replying "STOP"

Standard message and data rates apply

C. Email Communications:

You consent to receive emails related to your account and membership

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the provided link

Transactional emails cannot be unsubscribed from

10. COACHING & PROGRAM DISCLAIMERS

Programs are educational and coaching-based in nature

Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual effort and circumstances

Our coaching is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or medical advice

Participants are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

We are not liable for business outcomes or decisions made by participants

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months

We are not liable for third-party services or content

We are not responsible for data loss or unauthorized access due to your negligence

12. DISCLAIMERS

A. "As-Is" Service:

Our website and services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

B. No Guarantees:

We do not guarantee:

Business success or profitability

Specific outcomes from coaching or programs

Grant funding or business loan approval

Membership community participation levels

C. Third-Party Content:

We are not responsible for third-party tools, resources, or recommendations mentioned in our programs.

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the state/federal courts as permitted by law.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

15. FORCE MAJEURE

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and website notification. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

17. TERMINATION

We may terminate your membership or account for:

Violation of these Terms

Non-payment

Illegal activity

Abuse of services

Repeated community guideline violations

Refund policy violations

Termination is effective immediately unless stated otherwise.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Entrepreneurship Mindset regarding your use of our services.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
