Past two (2) years of tax return

Pay stubs covering the most recent 30 days

Two most recent bank statements

Most recent statements for retirement or investment accounts (401(k), IRA, mutual funds)

Copies of any stock holdings or certificates of deposit

Signed purchase and sale agreement (for home purchases)


Refinance Documentation

Most recent mortgage statement

For streamline refinances: a copy of your mortgage note

For Self-Employed or Commission-Based Borrowers

If you are self-employed, work in sales, earn commission income, or own rental property, please provide:

Two (2) years of signed personal tax returns (including all schedules)

If operating through a corporation: Last two years of corporate tax returns Year-to-date profit and loss statement Current balance sheet
