All fees are final and non-refundable. Due to the limited availability and discounted nature of this experience, no refunds or transfers will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Photography and Media Release

By participating in this Event, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed. The Brillionaire and her partners may use this content in future promotional, marketing, or educational materials, including digital and print media.

4. Respect and Integrity Clause

All attendees agree to conduct themselves with respect, integrity, and professionalism. You agree not to publicly or privately disparage the Event, the host, speakers, or other attendees before, during, or after the event. This includes negative comments on social media, online forums, or other platforms.

5. Liability Waiver

You voluntarily assume any risks related to your participation in this Event and release THE BRILLIONAIRE®, its founder, affiliates, and team members from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damages that may arise.

6. Code of Conduct

This is a values-driven, faith-based environment. Any behavior deemed disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.

7. Schedule or Content Adjustments

THE BRILLIONAIRE® reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, speakers, content, or delivery method at any time. Any changes will be made with the intent of improving the participant experience and outcomes.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Event or these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be conducted in Richmond, Virginia, and each party shall bear its own costs.
