At USDOT365, we take pride in the quality and accuracy of our custom truck lettering. Because our products are custom-manufactured to your specific business name and DOT/MC numbers, we maintain a strict refund policy.

1. Custom Orders

• All sales are final. Once your custom lettering enters production or the digital proof is approved, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

• Proofing Period: We provide a digital proof within 24 hours of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to verify all numbers, spelling, and colors before final approval.

2. Manufacturing Defects & Shipping Damage

If your product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error (e.g., it does not match your approved proof), we will make it right.

• Report within 48 hours: Please email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the damage or error.

• Resolution: Upon verification, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

3. Order Cancellations

• Cancellations are only accepted before the digital proof has been generated.

• Once a proof is sent to your email, a $25 processing fee will be deducted from any requested refund to cover design and clerical time.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Expedited shipping fees.

• Digital product PDFs (included free with physical purchase).

• Products that have been partially or fully applied to a vehicle.
