We're located at 1785 Route 104, Ontario, NY 14519 — a quiet suburb just 15–30 minutes from downtown Rochester and all major Rochester-area hospitals, including Rochester Regional and Strong Memorial.
We're conveniently positioned off a main highway for easy access whether you're commuting to the city, a job site, or a university campus.
📍 1785 Route 104, Ontario, NYWe have 33 units across three buildings:
- Building B (built 2003): 18 Studio Suites + 3 ADA-accessible Studio Suites.
- Building A: 3 Retro Rooms (Rooms 2, 6 & 8) and 5 Classic Rooms (Rooms 1, 3, 4, 5 & 9).
- Building C: 4 apartment units — 3 separate-bedroom and 1 studio-style, with varying kitchen setups ranging from a full oven and full-size fridge to a built-in cooktop and apartment-size fridge.
Yes — Ontario, NY is a quiet, safe suburb. Our property features well-lit parking, security cameras, and smart lock entry. We are proud to offer healthcare workers and traveling professionals a secure, peaceful place to rest after long shifts.
You'll have easy access to shopping, restaurants, and local amenities along Route 104. Lake Ontario is also just minutes away.

Twin Rock Suites is purpose-built for traveling professionals and students on assignment — including nurses, IBEW union tradesmen, grad students, and corporate travelers who need a clean, quiet, mid-term home base near Rochester, NY.
We are not designed for local residents or overnight tourists.

We do not accept local residents. We may request proof of your work or study assignment.
All bookings are made online through our website. Reservations are not instant — each booking is reviewed and manually confirmed before acceptance. You'll receive a confirmation email once your reservation is approved.
✓ Manual review ensures best room fitYour reservation start date must be within 2 weeks of today, or within 2 weeks of the last booked date. We do this so we can offer flexible extensions to current guests and avoid gaps in availability.
Twin Rock Suites is designed for mid-term stays of 1 week to 6 months. We do not accommodate short overnight stays. The minimum stay is 1 week.
Yes — in addition to booking directly on our website, you can find us on Furnished Finder, Airbnb, and VRBO. However, booking directly through our website ensures the fastest response and confirmation.
We do not allow pets at Twin Rock Suites. This policy helps maintain an allergen-free environment for all guests.
Yes — we offer special discounts for traveling union professionals, including traveling nurses, IBEW members, and other union trades. Contact us for more details on available discount codes.

- 1 to less than 3 weeks: 15% off
- 3 to less than 8 weeks: 25% off
- 8 weeks or more: 38% off
Once your reservation is confirmed, we charge upfront:
- Rooms & Suites: $100 refundable security deposit + $100 cleaning fee = $200 total
- Apartments: $125 refundable deposit + $125 cleaning fee = $250 total
You're then set up on weekly autopay — your weekly rate is automatically charged on your arrival day and every week thereafter until departure.
No — you only pay the deposit and cleaning fee upfront. After that, you're billed weekly via autopay rather than for the full stay in advance. This keeps things flexible and manageable.
If you need to leave early, simply give us one week's notice and your refundable deposit will be returned to you. We appreciate the heads-up so we can update our availability calendar.
Check-in is fully contactless. There is no front desk or staffed office on site. After your payment is processed, you'll receive an email with your unique door code and detailed check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Your smart lock code is all you need — no key to lose!
🔓 Smart lock — no key requiredAbsolutely — we love long-term guests! We do not open up a room on our booking calendar until we know your exact departure date, so you're never rushed out. Just let us know you'd like to extend and we'll take care of it.
Check-out is also contactless. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Your room code will be automatically deactivated at that time. Further check-out instructions will be emailed to you prior to your departure date.
There is no maid service during your stay. Guests are responsible for keeping the room clean and must launder their own bedding and towels if needed.
24/7 coin-operated laundry facilities are available on site (quarters only). A code for the laundry and vending rooms will be provided with your check-in instructions.
Cleaning supplies including a Swiffer, vacuum, toilet brush, and toilet bowl cleaner are in every room.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Televisions, voices, and other devices must always be kept at a respectfully low level. Doors should be opened and closed quietly.

All rooms are strictly non-smoking. We ask that guests respect this policy to maintain a fresh, healthy environment for everyone. Smoking or vaping in a room will incur a $250 cleaning fee.
Every room includes:

Studio Suites and ADA Studio Suites come with a kitchenette — mini fridge/freezer, full-size microwave, sink, cabinets, and countertop space (no built-in cooktop).
For an additional $35, you can add our Cooking Package: electric hot plate, pot, frying pan, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, and utensils.
Building C apartments include fullly stocked kitchens with a large fridge and stove/oven or cooktop/airfryer toaster oven.
🍳 Cooking Package: +$35 add-on- Reservations are reviewed and confirmed by email — booking does not guarantee a stay until approved.
- Single occupancy only.
- Reservation start date must be within 2 weeks of today or the last booked date.
- Guest must have a permanent out-of-town residence and be in town on a work or study assignment. No locals. Proof of assignment may be required.
- Guest must have a valid credit card in their name.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book.
- Refundable Deposit and Cleaning Fee are charged upon booking confirmation.
- Rooms & Suites: $100 Refundable Deposit + $100 Cleaning Fee = $200 total.
- Apartments: $125 Refundable Deposit + $125 Cleaning Fee = $250 total.
- Weekly Rate is charged by credit card on arrival date, then weekly until departure.
- A $20 service fee is added if the weekly autopay transaction is declined.
The deposit is refunded to the card on file after check-out if:
- Guest gives at least 1 week's notice before departure.
- Room is left in the same condition as found.
- No missing or damaged items.

If damages exceed the deposit, the card on file will be charged the additional amount.
- Check-in time is 4:00 PM. A 4-digit door code will be emailed on the day of arrival.
- A separate code will be provided for the onsite Laundry/Vending Rooms.
- Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Your room code will be deactivated at 10am.
- Further check-out instructions will be emailed prior to departure date.
