Welcome to Elavo Cleaning Services (“the company”, "we", "our", or "us"). By engaging in our cleaning services or accessing our website, the client (“you”, "your") agrees to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of our services, and it is important to read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

Elavo Cleaning Services offers cleaning services for residential homes, such as houses, apartments, and condominiums.

The scope of work, schedule, and rates are agreed upon in advance between the client ("you") and Elavo Cleaning Services.

All services are provided in accordance with these terms and any service agreements booked with the client.

2. Booking, Scheduling, Modifications, and Cancellations

Service Requests: You can request cleaning services by contacting us via phone, email, or through our website.

All bookings are subject to our availability.

Changes, Reschedule, Modifications, or Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least [24] hours in advance or 24 hours prior to your scheduled service date and time.

Any and all late cancellations, modifications, or reschedule that is requested within 24 hours of the scheduled service date and time will incur a flat rate of $50 USD.

3. Rates and Payment Terms

Service Rates: The rates for our services will be provided in the form of service agreement located on Elavocleaning.com or through a formal quote via email.

Rates may vary based on the scope of work, frequency, and specific requests.

Service Rates and formal quotes may change upon on-site assessment during the scheduled day of service if the required cleaning service or time exceeds the selected agreement.

Payment Terms: Payments are due immediately after services are rendered and according to the terms outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

We accept only credit cards or debit cards as our payment methods.

4. Recurring and Payment Terms

Recurring services are charged and serviced based on the selected agreement and package by the client ("you").

Recurring services are packaged accordingly with weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly occurrences.

Weekly cleaning packages will be serviced once every week on a running week from Sunday through Saturday.

Bi-weeklycleaning packages will be serviced once every two weeks on a running week from Sunday through Saturday.

Monthly cleaning packages will be serviced once every month on a running week from Sunday through Saturday.

Payments are due immediately after services are rendered and according to the terms outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure efficient and safe cleaning services, we require the following: Access to Property that is to be serviced.

You must provide safe access to the premises at the agreed-upon time for our staff to complete the services.

Failure to provide access or cleaners being denied access to the home within 15 minutes of the scheduled time will result in a 50% fee of the total service agreement.

Hazard-Free Environment: The cleaning area(s) should be free from hazards that could pose risks to our staff, such as dangerous pets/animals, hazardous chemicals, unsecured objects, or unsafe conditions.

6. Service Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services.

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within [24] hours post-cleaning, and we will return to re-clean the unsatisfactory area at no additional charge.

Refunds are not offered.

7. Liability and Damage

Accidental Damage: While we take great care during our services, accidents may occasionally occur.

If any property is damaged due to our staff’s negligence, please notify us within [24] hours.

We will work to resolve the matter, including repairs or compensation, if deemed necessary.

Client-Supplied Products: If you request that we use specific cleaning products you provide, we are not liable for any damages or issues caused by these products.

Limitations of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elavo Cleaning Services shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination of Services

Client-Initiated Termination: You may terminate the recurring cleaning service agreement at any time by providing [24] hours written notice via email requesting for termination.

Any outstanding payments for completed services will be due at the time of termination.

Elavo Cleaning Services-Initiated Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services with or without notice if you violate any of these terms; fail to make timely payments, create unsafe working conditions, or mistreatment of our staff.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect the privacy of our clients and will maintain the confidentiality of any information provided during the course of our services.

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your information.

10. Use of Website

By accessing our website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others.

Unauthorized use of our website may result in legal action.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Elavo Cleaning Services website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of Elavo Cleaning Services.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

12. Force Majeure

Elavo Cleaning Services shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, or government actions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved amicably through negotiation between the parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in NYS, with each party bearing its own legal costs.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
