Use this space to paint the picture of your ideal client’s reality. Are they stressed? Why? Are they overwhelmed? Why? Are they frustrated with doing #allthethings but not seeing any traction?

I’ve been designing interiors professionally since 2013, guided by a long-standing sensitivity to how space shapes mood, movement, and daily life.
My work sits at the intersection of intuition and structure — spaces that feel calm, layered, and intentional, grounded in real life and refined through thoughtful detail.
Because no two clients are in the same place, I meet people where they are — offering clarity of direction, structure around decisions, or full support through execution. My process removes overwhelm and creates alignment early, so each step forward feels intentional and manageable.
Good design, to me, works quietly and lasts.

Here’s the thing,
Design isn’t just about choosing beautiful pieces — it’s about making a thousand small decisions that shape how you live day to day. Most people come in with ideas, inspiration, and good intentions, but feel overwhelmed by scope, options, and where to even begin.
That’s where I come in. My role is to bring clarity, structure, and direction to your vision — helping you make thoughtful decisions, define priorities, and create a space that actually supports how you live.

We love getting lost in creative work. On select projects, we either create one-of-a-kind pieces in-house or curate and collaborate with artists to bring thoughtful, tactile elements into a space — from sculptural objects to simple artworks, floral arrangements and layered details.
Whether something is made from scratch or carefully sourced, this creative practice allows us to explore material, form, and proportion beyond a project brief. Those insights often translate back into our design work. These one-offs and collaborations become the quiet details that make a space feel personal and complete.

I enter the world already pulled toward movement and materials — Montessori, singing, dancing, hands-on creation. By five, I’m building furniture for my Barbies out of glue and toilet paper. Touch, form, and experimentation become instinct.
I turn five and my mom gives me free REIN to design my bedroom. I choose a violet purple shade. Design fever begins.
I move to Mexico City during elementary school. The scale, pace, and energy sharpen my observation and adaptability. Art stays constant — painting classes, dance, collage, notebooks made from magazine cutouts. Creativity isn’t a phase; it’s how I process the world.
I Finish design school and launch Kaylee Isabel Interiors.
I begin my design education at Centro in Mexico City. The program is demanding and formative. Not everyone believes in me — which quietly strengthens my resolve. One mentor reframes the narrative: I’m creative. I belong here.
I relocate to Dallas to complete my degree at The Art Institute of Dallas.
My first professional role at Staffelbach introduces me to commercial boutique and tenant work — process, rigor, and how strong studios actually operate.

My early career is shaped by two defining environments.
At Staffelbach in Dallas, I learn discipline — how structure, coordination, and process support good design. Working in high-end boutique and tenant development sets a standard for quality and execution.
Years Later, at Convene in New York City, I step into hospitality and commercial design. The focus shifts toward experience, flow, and design curation. This is where I refine my eye for styling with intention — understanding how atmosphere, detail, and pacing shape how people feel in a space.
Together, these experiences form my foundation:
Process + Experience. Structure + Story.
Alongside work, curiosity continues to shape my lens — travel, ceramics, painting, psychology, yoga training. Space becomes experience, not decoration.

The pandemic reshapes the industry. I choose independence — out of necessity and clarity.
AGR Creative Studio grows organically, one project at a time. The work deepens. Word of mouth follows.
Based in New York City, I design for people who value culture, clarity, and intention — and who invest in the quality of their everyday life.
I design for how people live, not how things photograph.

We design spaces that support real life — how you move through your day, how you host, how you rest, and how you focus.
We partner with clients who value quality over excess and believe good design is about longevity, coherence, and how a space truly performs over time.
