1. Appointments and Cancellations
All services are available by appointment to ensure each client receives dedicated attention. We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a fee equal to 50% of the booked service. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
2. Payment and Refunds
Payment is due immediately after the service is completed to ensure you are fully satisfied with the results before finalizing payment. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. A deposit may still be required for larger or specialty services such as window tinting to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed. Refunds are generally not issued once a service has been completed; however, we will always work to resolve any concerns and ensure a positive experience.
3. Service Policy
Velox Auto Spa takes great pride in providing top-quality detailing and tinting services. Results can vary based on the condition of your vehicle, paint, or windows. We do not guarantee the full removal of scratches, deep stains, or permanent damage. For window tinting, please allow the film to cure for the recommended time period before rolling down windows or cleaning. Customers are encouraged to communicate any specific requests or concerns prior to the start of the service.
4. Liability
Velox Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or mechanical issues. Clients are encouraged to inspect their vehicle before and after service. We are not responsible for any personal items left inside the vehicle. Please remove all valuables prior to your appointment. For window tinting, Velox Auto Spa is not liable for damage caused by rolling windows down during the curing period or improper care following installation.
5. Privacy Policy
We respect and protect your privacy. Velox Auto Spa only collects the information necessary to book and manage your services, such as name, phone number, email, and payment details. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties. All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
6. Terms and Conditions
By booking a service with Velox Auto Spa, you agree to the policies outlined here. Prices, service availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service for vehicles in poor or unsafe condition or if sanitary concerns arise. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information about their vehicle and any specific issues.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your detail or tint service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will review your concern and determine an appropriate solution, which may include a complimentary touch-up or rework at our discretion.
