Bill’s Story

From Broken Dreams to Bold Leadership

Bill thought football was the plan. A scholarship. A future. A clear identity.

But when his back gave out, so did that dream.

He came home to Marietta, GA, stuck but determined. He poured himself into fitness, managing and reviving struggling gyms, even opening his own. But when his gym collapsed, Bill packed up his car and drove to LA with nothing left but a will to fight.

He created success in the medical marijuana industry, but it was risky back then and brought very little fulfillment. He wanted something deeper: freedom, family, and legacy.

That hunger pushed him into the online world. He began investing in himself. He studied. He failed. He pushed again.

Then came the moment that shifted everything.

In 2015 a bad sales rep nearly talked him out of buying a program. But through that deal, Bill met his mentor, Ty Coughlin. Ty offered mentorship Bill couldn’t swing at the time. But instead of walking away, Bill made the bold ask that changed his life:

I can’t invest more right now. But I can out-close that guy 1000x. Give me a shot and I won't let you down.”

Someone gave him a chance.
 Bill capitalized.
 And his life would never be the same. A decade later Apex Sales Pros was born.
