I built a $1.4 billion wealth management firm and lost it publicly, completely, and on the record. I lost more than 145 pounds in the process of rebuilding. I went from questioning whether I wanted to be alive to preparing for a men's physique competition. That is not a story I tell to get applause. It is the reason people in the room stop performing and start listening.
Because they recognize it the gap between what the outside sees and what the inside knows.
Most of them have been carrying that gap for years.
That is the conversation I bring into a room.
We live in a world drowning in information. Your people have access to every book, every podcast, every framework ever built. And they're still stuck.
Information doesn't change people. Experience does.
You can intellectually understand courage. You cannot know it until you've had to choose it when everything was on the line. You can study resilience. You cannot teach it from a slide deck. The men and women sitting in your room don't need more content. They need to be in the presence of someone who has actually lived what he's asking them to face.
I have built real things and lost real things. I know what it feels like to win the validation, the momentum, the belief that success will finally make everything feel right. And I know what it feels like when it all comes apart — the fear, the silence, the moment the story you built your life on stops working.
That range is rare. And it is exactly why the energy in the room shifts when I walk in. I'm not speaking at people. I'm meeting them in the success, in the doubt, in the gap between who they are and who they know they could be. People feel that. They lean in because they know it's real.
That is what moves a room.
I do not tell a polished success story. I share a real one.
I have lived the highest highs. Building. Achieving. Winning. Being validated. Believing success would finally make everything feel right.
I have also lived the lowest lows. Loss. Collapse. Fear. The moment when the story you built your life on stops working.
And I have lived what comes after. The decision to stop outsourcing worth. The courage to face fear head-on.
The confidence that comes from rewriting the story you live inside and choosing differently.
That journey has touched every area of my life. Mental. Emotional. Physical. Financial. Relational. Spiritual.
That is why it resonates. That is why people lean in.
This is highly motivational and deeply human. I do not just speak to people.I engage them. I involve them. I move the energy of the room.
People laugh. They get uncomfortable. They get honest. Then something shifts.
I have a unique ability to connect with what people are afraid to admit, because I have stood in that same place myself. This is not a talk people nod through and forget by Monday. It is the kind of experience people reference months later and say,
“This changed how I see myself.”
This is built for rooms where people have already achieved something real and where the gap between external performance and internal reality is costing the organization more than anyone is saying out loud.
Relevant for: leadership retreats, executive teams, high-performance organizations, men's groups, entrepreneurial communities, and conferences where the conversation needs to go somewhere most speakers won't take it.
A lot of talks feel good in the moment, then life resumes. What makes this different is that people do not just feel inspired.
They feel personally called out and called forward.
They see themselves in the story. They recognize the fears they have been avoiding. They feel permission to step beyond the limits
they have quietly accepted.
This is not hype for hype’s sake.
It is motivation grounded in lived experience, delivered with presence,
honesty, and emotional intelligence.ce.
If you want someone who can walk into a room, feel where people are, and say the things they have been avoiding.
If you want energy that does not fade by Monday, and a message people will still be talking about months later.
And if you are ready to bring in a voice that is real, bold, and deeply human.
Then we should talk.
