By using our website, services, or communications (including SMS notifications), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
2. Services Provided
Adrenaline Motoring offers professional services, products, and programs at 2200 Post Oak Blvd STE 1000, Houston Texas 77056. We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our services. By engaging with our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Payment & Membership
Payment for services, memberships, or products is due as outlined in your agreement. All payments are final unless otherwise stated in a specific refund policy. Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access until the balance is resolved.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your services with at least 30 days' written notice. Refunds, if applicable, follow the terms specified in your service agreement. Missed appointments or unused services are non-refundable unless covered under a special promotion or agreement.

Respectful Communication
All communication with our staff must be respectful and professional. Harassment, threats, abusive language, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
Honest Representation
You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle, including prior damage, aftermarket parts, repaints, or previous wraps/PPF/coatings.
Reasonable Expectations
You understand that detailing, vinyl wrap, PPF, and ceramic coating are cosmetic services. Results may vary based on vehicle condition, age, paint quality, and prior work.
Facility & Property Respect
Customers and visitors must respect our facility, equipment, and other vehicles on-site. Unauthorized access to work areas is not permitted.
Appointment & Payment Compliance
You agree to honor scheduled appointments, follow deposit and payment terms, and complete payment as agreed before vehicle release.
No Interference With Work
Customers may not interfere with technicians while work is being performed. All questions or concerns should be directed to management.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who violates this Code of Conduct, without obligation to continue work.
7. Liability Waiver
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear on your vehicle, including but not limited to paint condition, clear coat failure, rust, chips, or prior repairs.
Vinyl wrap, PPF, ceramic coating, and detailing services may reveal existing damage or imperfections.
Removal of vinyl, PPF, or other coatings may result in paint damage, especially on repainted or aged surfaces.
We are not liable for mechanical, electrical, or sensor issues unrelated to the services performed.
We are not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.
8. A2P SMS Consent & Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting into SMS messaging, you consent to receive
transactional and promotional texts from Adrenaline Motoring.
Message Frequency: Up to 2 messages per month

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

9. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Privacy and SMS Data Usage

We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared, except with aggregators and service providers essential for message delivery. Information may be shared with subcontractors for operational support (e.g., customer service).
