Charter FAQS

How Do I Book A Flight?

Simply click the "Request A Quote" button to get started! All flights are quoted by our team. When you submit a request for your trip, and we will get back to you with a quote. Once you approve the quote, your trip will be booked! We can take up to 3 passengers depending on weight, so check out our Charter Policy for additional information!

Can We Fly In Bad Weather?

Even if it looks clear, it might not be! At CCA, our top priority is safety, so when it comes to weather, we operate according to our Standard Operation Procedures Manual (SOPM) and FAA weather briefings. Please review our SOPM and Charter Policy for more information!

How Much Does It Cost?

Each trip is quoted upon request, so costs will vary! Our On-Demand Charter rate is $1,250 per hour which includes the pilot and helicopter. If you subscribe to one of our Charter Tiers, you will get a reduced Charter Rate and Standby Rate for each Tier! Check out the Subscriptions tab or our Charter Policy for more information!

Can My Trip Go Longer Than One Day?

Yes, it can! If you let your hours accrue and choose to use them for one longer trip, we can accommodate overnights! When booking an overnight trip, especially trips longer than one or two overnights, make sure to familiarize yourself with the Overnight Trip portion of our Charter Policy and pricing before booking!

How Do The Subscriptions Work?

Each month, your subscription payment is on the 1st of the month. When that payment occurs, an equal amount of monthly hours is added to your account. You can fly as often as you want from that account balance and can purchase additional hours or trips at your discounted rate. Make sure to schedule ahead of time, as availability is limited with one helicopter! If your trip exceeds the total number of hours you have have on account, we will invoice the balance at your reduced rate! Each month, your hours will accrue towards your overall balance if unused. At the end of the 12-month term, your balance will be reset to 0 hours. You can preserve your hours by gifting them to friends or family, or by re-subscribing for another year!

*All flights must adhere to CCA's SOPM, including pilot judgment on landing zones, weather, weight and balance, safety restrictions, and more. Charter flights will be operated under FAA Part 135 certificate #5KTA152N.
