To be a good listener, you need to invest in the conversation. This means actively participating and engaging with the speaker. Ask questions, clarify any confusion, and show that you're interested in what they're saying.
One of the most important aspects of good listening is showing empathy. Put yourself in the other person's shoes and try to see things from their perspective. This helps build trust and understanding, and it shows that you value their thoughts and feelings.
