Is Early check-in or late check-out available?

We have the check-in and check-out times to give our cleaners adequate time to do the job proficiently and to our standards. In the event that they are done cleaning the property early, we do allow early check-in or late check-out based on when the last guest checked out or when the next guest checks in.

Do you allow pets?

Yes! At some of our designated properties, we do allow pets to stay with a small pet fee. We cannot guarantee that pets will be allowed at every property as this is regulated by several factors including but not limited to HOAs, Owners, or we have deemed the property is not safe for pets in some way. Please note that we do allow service animals upon request.

What is provided for guests at a RiteStay Property?

Please rest assured that we want your vacation rental to feel like your home with the amenities of a clean and fresh hotel. We provide Bath towels, hand towels, and face towels for each guest with spares, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, make-up wipes, a good stock of toilet paper, and paper towels, as well as all the basic necessities you would need in a kitchen to cook practically any meal. Along with this, we have smart TVs in every property so you can watch all your favorite shows, on your favorite streaming services, wherever you are!

What Percentage does RiteStay take from owners?

Great question! We work with many investors in many different scenarios. That being said, we have many different levels of service fees so each owner and their properties can be adequately charged because every property is not created equal!
