You reach out via phone, text, or email to schedule an inspection. Our CRM makes this easy.
Conduct Consultation
We meet with the homeowner (virtual or in-person). We'll assess their needs, show them options, and present solutions.
Present Proposal
Using our professional proposal software, you'll show them exactly what they'll get and how much they'll save.
Close the Deal
When they say yes, you will contract them and get paid the following week after payment is received. Our team handles the rest.
Get Paid
Commission checks are direct-deposited into your account every Friday via Remitly. The more you close, the more you earn.

Do I need sales experience?
No! We've trained hundreds of people with zero sales experience. If you're coachable and motivated, we can teach you everything else.
Is this 1099 or W2?
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You set your own schedule and control your income.
Do I have to cold-call or knock doors?
We provide targeted lists for storm-affected areas to quickly contact homeowners and schedule inspections.
What are the hours?
Completely flexible. Work full-time or part-time - whatever fits your life.
When do I get paid?
Weekly, every Friday via direct deposit.
What if I don't close any deals?
This is commission-only, so your income depends on your performance. However, our training and lead system gives you the best chance to succeed. Most new reps book their first appointments by day 3.
Do I need to buy anything?
You must have a computer and a headset. We provide all marketing materials, CRM access, proposal software, and training.
Can I do this part-time?
Yes! Many of our top reps started part-time and transitioned to full-time once they saw the income potential.
