1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing fore.institute, purchasing a membership, enrolling in a course, or attending an event organized by Family Office Real Estate Institute ("the Institute"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. SMS Terms & Use Cases

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from the Institute.

Use Cases: Messages may include account notifications, course updates, event reminders, and occasional promotional offers regarding family office real estate education.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.

Customer Support: For help, reply HELP to any message or email [email protected].

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code or long code provided. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The Institute is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. 4.2 Investment Risks: Real estate investment involves significant risk. You agree that any investment decisions you make are based solely on your own due diligence.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: All materials provided are the intellectual property of the Institute or our guest faculty.

5.2 Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, professional development.

5.3 Prohibitions: You may not record, reproduce, share login credentials, or use our research to create competing products.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Pricing: All prices are in USD.

6.2 Digital Courses: Due to immediate access to proprietary IP, all sales for digital courses and memberships are final and non-refundable.

6.3 Live Events: Cancellations >30 days prior may be eligible for a refund (minus fees). Cancellations <30 days are non-refundable but may be transferable.

7. Community Code of Conduct

7.1 Professionalism: You agree to interact with respect and professionalism.

7.2 No Solicitation: Overt solicitation or "pitching" members for capital is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in designated sessions.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services or any investment decisions made.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Arapahoe County, Colorado.
