Owner Creates Salon & Chairs
The salon owner submits the form to create the salon and the chair listing and defines the weekly and/or monthly price.
Hairdresser Books Chair
The hairdresser searches the listings and submits interest in a chair. Rent-a-Chair connects the hairdresser and the salon owner. Minimum period is 3 months with a 4 week notice period. After both agree, Rent-a-Chair sends the contract to both parties. After signature, the hairdresser automatically pays the salon owner via the Rent-a-Chair app on a weekly or monthly basis.
Compliance & Payment
Rent-a-Chair completes the hairdresser compliance checks to ensure the hairdresser is correctly set up as independent hairdresser. Upon payment by the hairdresser, Rent-a-Chair automatically pays out the salon owner minus a commission of 10%.
Owner Creates Salon & Chairs
The salon owner creates an account. He/she creates the salon and the chairs and defines the weekly and/or monthly price. In order to get paid automatically via the hairspace app, the salon owner connects his/her stripe account.
Hairdresser Books Chair
The hairdresser creates an account. Looks for a suitable salon and simply books the desired chair with his/her credit card. Minimum period is 3 months with a 4 week notice period. After approval by the salon owner, the hairdresser automatically pays the salon owner via the hairspace app on a weekly or monthly basis.
Compliance & Payment
Hairspace completes the hairdresser compliance checks to ensure the hairdresser is correctly set up as independent hairdresser. Upon payment by the hairdresser, hairspace automatically pays out the salon owner minus a commission of 12.5%.
