The Foundation of Traditional Filipino Healing

Hilot Practitioner Level 1 is the required entry point for students seeking formal training in the traditional Filipino healing arts. This immersive 9-day certification program provides the foundational knowledge, hands-on skills, and cultural understanding necessary to begin practicing Hilot safely, ethically, and effectively.

Whether you are a healthcare professional, massage therapist, coach, energy practitioner, or simply called to the healing arts, this training will introduce you to one of the oldest healing systems of the Philippines.

No prior experience is required.

What You Will Learn

This training focuses on building a strong foundation in assessment, bodywork, energy awareness, and practitioner development.

Core Training Includes:

History, philosophy, and principles of Hilot
Traditional Hilot assessment and diagnostic procedures
Body listening and observation skills
Cleansing rituals and practitioner preparation
Traditional herbal oil making and applications
Foundational Hilot treatment techniques
Introduction to anatomy and physiology
Anatomical positioning and range of motion
Vital signs and wellness assessment basics
Kilubansa elemental assessment
Psycho-emotional release foundations
Practitioner ethics, presence, and client care

Students will participate in demonstrations, supervised practice sessions, and hands-on learning throughout the training.
