These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are effective as of the date posted and govern access to and use of the Ninja Premium Outsourcing website and services.
1. Company Overview
Ninja Premium Outsourcing (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides backend operational, administrative, and fulfillment services exclusively to business entities operating in the credit services industry. Our services are business-to-business (“B2B”) only.
2. Scope of Services
Our services include backend administrative execution such as dispute preparation, documentation processing, mailing support, workflow execution, and reporting performed strictly under the direction and authorization of our business clients.
We do not provide credit repair services, legal advice, financial advice, or consumer counseling. We do not determine dispute strategy or outcomes.
3. No Consumer Services
Ninja Premium Outsourcing does not contract with individual consumers, does not accept consumer payments, and does not provide services directly to consumers. Any consumer-facing services are solely the responsibility of our business clients.
4. No Guarantees or Results
We make no representations or guarantees regarding dispute outcomes, deletions, credit score changes, or timelines. All outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the accuracy of credit reporting data and responses from credit bureaus and furnishers.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are solely responsible for:
- Compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, including CROA, FCRA, TSR, and state licensing requirements
- Consumer disclosures, contracts, and authorizations
- Accuracy of instructions provided to us
- Maintaining proper consumer consent and documentation
6. Payment Terms
All fees are charged to business clients only and reflect administrative fulfillment services. Fees are not contingent on outcomes or results. Clients acknowledge that payments are for backend services performed regardless of dispute outcomes.
7. Independent Contractor Relationship
The Company operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ninja Premium Outsourcing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
9. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ninja Premium Outsourcing from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the client’s consumer interactions, compliance failures, or misuse of services.
10. Data Handling & Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect business data provided to us. Clients acknowledge that we rely on third-party systems and are not responsible for external platform failures.
11. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and non-public information received during the course of the business relationship.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate services pursuant to the terms of the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain due.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
