Where are you located?

Lindsay is located in a suite room inside of The Spa Downtown, which I co own. The address is 105 E. Oak Street Mansfield, TX 76063, United States. She is in suite 101 which is located downstairs under The Spa Downtown sign. If Lindsay is in a session the door will be locked for safety reason as there is not a front desk worker. Please check your text message reminders and click that you have arrived and Lindsay will notify you when she am out of her session and the door is unlocked. Thank you for understanding this protocol to keep everyone safe and moving smoothly.

How long does it take?

The timing of your treatment depends on what treatment protocol you choose to receive. The basic entry level, and most popular facial, is an hour time block. This includes your treatment and changing into and out of a drape. Most all of the protocols include a cleanse of the décolleté as well as a massage of the décolleté and the shoulders. If you have not filled out consent forms, then this will include that time as well. Please always fill consents out prior to your appointment so we can tent to you skin during your hour. Also, it is best to come with little to no make as the more time spend cleansing your makeup off the less time for treatment. Mascara may or may not be removed completely by Lindsay depending on how much you have on or if it waterproof or not.

How often should I get a facial?

In short... monthly! The life cycle of your skin is about 4 to 6 weeks. To keep the top layer free of dead skin cells you need to have a good home care routine and can exfoliate 2-3 times a week if you are not feeling to dry. If you do feel dry, back off the exfoliation. Then, go into your treatment once a month to get a deeper cleanse and exfoliation. Of course, the more you keep up with things at home the better and longer lasting your results will be from the treatment room.

Why do you hold a card on file?

I hold a card on file to follow the policies and procedures you agree to when booking an appointment with me. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and when a late cancellation or no show happens it leaves a hole in Lindsay's day that she can not fill in with another client and continue to work.

What is your cancelation policy?

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Strictly enforced. A card on file is required for booking. 48-hour notification is required for cancellation via text or email or the card will be charged 50% of your appointment. This portion can be applied to your rescheduled appointment if it is scheduled within a week from the original date. No Shows will be charge 50% and it will not be applied to future appointments. If retainer paid the charge will equal only 50% of treatment cost. You are considered no show if you are 10 mins late to your appointment.

If you no show and there is zero communication, you will be banned from booking with me in the future.

I am not sure which facial to choose?

If you are not sure where to start, choose the Specialty Facial for 60 mins. It's a great entry level facial that Lindsay has and it will leave your skin feeling amazing and you will be relax as well with a facial massage included. This protocol includes a double cleanse, exfoliation mask with shoulder massage, facial neck and décolleté massage, hydration mask and finishing creams. Your needs and wants can be expressed in your consent forms you fill out before your appointment and also when talking with Lindsay before your facial begins.

Do you have memberships?

Yes! There are 3 levels of memberships to choose from starting at $99 a month. All the details are located on the service page.

What products do you use in the treatment room?

I use a professional brand name Circadia. I also use a few thingsWhat products do you use in the treatment room? from brands called Face Reality, Tizo and Pomifera.

What is a good routine for home?

A good routine at home is a one you will actually do. I say start small if you are not use to having a routine. Don't add 15 steps if you aren't use to doing two. When you have a treatment with Lindsay ask her what would be a good routine with your skin and she will give you a list of products and what order to use them in.

Do I have to fill out consent forms?

YES! This is a non negotiable. I must learn about you, your skin and your medical history so that I do not do something that would harm you or your skin. I know most people who are health think it's no big deal, but I have many clients who do have contraindications that limit what I am able or should do for them. Remember, I don't know your skin, but I do know my products and machine and to protect you and me with the protocols this is a must. Consent forms also clarify how I work and how we can work together to make sure everyone is on the same page. The consents are one a year thing unless something changes before then. If you do not want to fill out the consents then I am the wrong Esthetician for you. I wish you luck finding a perfect fit for you skincare needs.
