These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Quinten’s Landscaping and Exterior Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By scheduling a service, contacting us, or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

We provide residential and commercial landscaping and exterior maintenance services. Specific services may include, but are not limited to:

Lawn care and mowingMulching and edgingTrimming and pruningExterior clean-ups and seasonal services

All services will be performed as agreed upon during consultation or quoting.

2. Quotes and Payment

Estimates provided are based on information available at the time of quoting and may be subject to change.Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods. Late payments may be subject to fees.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.If a customer is not available at the scheduled time and access is restricted, a service fee may still apply.

4. Property Access and Liability

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our team and equipment.We are not responsible for damage to underground lines, irrigation systems, or other unmarked utilities unless you have provided accurate location information.We are fully insured, but we are not liable for damages caused by unsafe conditions outside our control.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure pets and personal property are secured before our arrival.Inform us of any hazards or sensitive areas.Failure to follow safety instructions or site preparation guidelines may result in service delays or additional charges.

6. Service Guarantee and Limitations

We strive for customer satisfaction and will address any issues reported within 48 hours of service. However, we cannot guarantee results affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, pests, or preexisting lawn conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

Any content on our website, such as logos, images, or service descriptions, is the property of Quinten’s Landscaping and Exterior Services LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if we determine that conditions are unsafe, the client violates these terms, or there is nonpayment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
