Terms & Conditions

Important service terms for inspections, roofing repairs, reroofing projects, scheduling, deposits and payment policies.

Acceptance

By requesting services, inspections, estimates or booking work with Montreal Roofing & Repairs, the customer agrees to these terms.

Estimates

Written estimates are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. Material pricing may change after expiry.

Deposits

For roofing repair, reroofing and project work:

10% deposit due upon acceptance/signing
50% due the morning work begins before crew starts
Remaining balance due immediately upon substantial completion of work

For inspection services, payment is due before release of written reports.

Inspection Services

Visual inspections are non-invasive and limited to safely accessible areas only. Hidden defects may exist. Reports are based on visible conditions at time of inspection.

Scheduling

Weather, material delays, emergencies and safety concerns may affect scheduling dates. We will communicate updates when possible.

Access

Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property, driveway and work areas.

Payments

Accepted payment methods may include e-transfer, card, cheque or other approved methods. Late balances may incur collection costs where legally permitted.
