-Cabling and installations 

-Troubleshooting and maintenance 

All services are subject to availability and agreed scope of work.

Submitting a request does not guarantee service.
All work must be confirmed and scheduled by Williamstek.

 

3. Payment Terms

-Payment terms will be agreed upon before service begins 

-Invoices must be paid within agreed timeframes 

-Late payments may result in service delays or additional fees 

 

4. Scope of Work

All work performed will follow the agreed scope.
Any additional work outside of scope may result in additional charges.

5. Liability

Williamstek is not liable for:

-Pre-existing equipment issues 

-Manufacturer defects 

-Network outages outside our control 

We are responsible only for work directly performed by our team.

6. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

-Site access issues 

-Third-party vendors 

-Weather or unforeseen circumstances 

 

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made within a reasonable time.
Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
