We believe in diversification. Be also believe in being an expert in one or two areas and not all. “Jack of All and Master of None” does not work in Alternative Investments space. Our expertise lies in Multifamily and Apartment syndication. We handpick our investments and operate/asset manage our own multifamily complexes.
We are mile deep and inch wide with investing and managing multifamily complexes. We are inch-deep and mile wide when it comes to other asset classes. We rely on and partner with other experienced operators in these other asset classes which belong in many people’s portfolios. We do thorough due diligence before we select a partner/operator to work with and then only do we bring that investment to our family of investors.
