As a budding young photographer, I ran my own small business and quickly realized that a small business owner spends more time “running” a business than they spend doing business, I quickly got overwhelmed and burned out with the administrative side of business. So I decided to refocus and find ways to streamline and increase efficiency, automate and outsource, adapt and overcome so that I could spend more time doing the business that I love. Part of the journey took me to the Defense Information School, the DOD campus for all of their joint force and civilian PR, Marketing, Content production & management and social media training.

With over 10 years of public relations and marketing experience in the military, I have spent 8 years managing recruiting and retention campaigns for the entire state of Arizona National Guard, as well as served as a Public Affairs Specialist in the Air Force Reserves at Luke Air Force Base. I have managed some of the largest Joint Task Force media operations and regional PR and Marketing campaigns.
