INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Demos Landscaping Services, operated by Demos Enterprise Inc. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

SERVICES

We provide landscaping design, installation, and maintenance services. Service details, pricing, and scheduling are communicated directly to clients through written estimates or contracts.

PAYMENT TERMS

All payments must be made as agreed upon at the time of booking. We accept approved payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments. Payment is due prior to or upon completion of services unless otherwise stated.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds may be granted before services have been delivered. Once services are performed, refunds are not available. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 12 hours of scheduled service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 72 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after that period may be subject to a fee.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Demos Landscaping Services is not liable for damages resulting from weather events, unforeseen property conditions, or misuse of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
