Member Fees: As a DMA Access member, you pay lower fees for all dental treatments at participating clinics. Your member pricing applies while your membership is active.
Pay Per Visit: You pay for your dental care one visit at a time. For most treatments, costs are spread across appointments, so you’re not paying everything at once. Most treatments can be managed with flexible, interest-free HUMM payments from $49 per week.
Using DMA Access: General dental care is usually available 2 weeks after you join, and major dental care after 4 weeks.
DMA Access is available at selected DMA and DMA Partner clinics.

Members save between 40–60% on many common dental treatments. As a DMA Access member, you pay less for every treatment. If you have private health insurance, you may be able to reduce your costs even further. For larger treatments, members receive substantial fee reductions before treatment begins. Eligible patients can then use interest-free HUMM payment plans, with options starting from $49 per week, making care manageable without large upfront payments.

1. What are the member fees?
DMA Access members receive reduced member pricing on a wide range of dental treatments at participating clinics. Member pricing applies while your membership is active.
2. Are there upfront payments for treatment?
Yes. For most treatments, a portion of the cost is paid on the day of treatment. Approved payment options may be available where suitable.
3. Are there waiting periods?
Yes. Some member pricing becomes available after a short qualifying period from the date you join:
- General dental: 2 weeks
- Major dental: 4 weeks
Any treatment started, quoted, or planned before these waiting periods are completed will be charged at standard (non-member) fees.
4. Will I receive a treatment plan?
Yes. After your examination, your dentist will provide a written treatment plan and a clear cost estimate tailored to your individual needs.
5. Can I use my private health fund?
Yes. Where applicable, you may use your private health fund to further reduce your out-of-pocket costs, in addition to DMA Access member pricing.
6. What happens if I cancel my membership?
DMA Access member pricing applies only while your membership is active.
If you choose to cancel, member pricing will no longer apply to future treatments.
7. Can fees or inclusions change?
Yes. From time to time, fees, inclusions, and participating clinics may change. Members will be notified of any material changes where required.
8. How much could I save as a DMA Access member?
For a patient needing around $18,000 of standard dental treatment, the estimated out-of-pocket cost as a DMA Access Member would be approximately $8,000–$9,500, before any health fund rebates.
