At IADM, we are committed to empowering individuals and organizations to succeed in a world shaped by AI and digital transformation. What began in 2020 as the German Management & Consulting Academy (GMC Academy) has evolved into a global training provider focused on digitalization, management, and artificial intelligence.
A Vision for Global Growth
Originally founded to equip professionals with the skills needed in an increasingly digital economy, the academy quickly grew beyond its local roots. In 2025, we rebranded as the International Academy for Digitalization and Management (IADM) to reflect our broader mission and international reach.
Leadership with Expertise
IADM was founded by Nurgül Aslan, an expert in HR, Digital Strategy, and AI Governance, with a research focus on AI in HR and the EU AI Act. Her academic background and industry experience in Germany and Switzerland, combined with her ongoing work as a university lecturer, form the foundation of IADM’s evidence-based, practice-oriented training philosophy.

Founded in Germany and supported by our International Training Office in London, IADM now operates across key regions including the UK, Europe and Middle East.
Through strategic partnerships, expert-led programs, and globally recognized certifications, we deliver high-quality, future-ready training both on-site and remotely.
