• Renters must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and possess a valid driver’s license at all times during

the rental period.

• Only the approved renter listed on the rental agreement is authorized to operate the vehicle.

• Additional drivers are not permitted unless expressly approved by Elevate Rentals and added to the rental

agreement.

• Approved additional drivers are subject to the same eligibility, background, and DMV requirements and will

incur an additional fee of ten dollars ($10) per day, per

driver.

• All applicants are subject to background checks andDepartment of Motor Vehicles (DMV) driving record

verification prior to approval.

• Vehicles may be used solely for approved ridesharepurposes unless otherwise authorized in writing by

Elevate Rentals.

• Out-of-state driving is strictly prohibited. Vehicles mustremain within the state at all times unless prior written authorization is provided by Elevate Rentals.

• Rentals include unlimited mileage, provided the vehicle is used in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

• Renters who maintain full-coverage automobile insurance may be eligible for coverage transfer to the

rental vehicle, subject to verification and approval.

• Elevate Rentals reserves the right to verify insurance coverage prior to confirming any reservation.

• Insurance coverage is optional. If a renter provides verified full-coverage insurance that transfers to the

rental vehicle, the renter may qualify for a discount on the rental rate.

• If insurance coverage cannot be verified or does not transfer, Elevate Rentals may offer insurance coverage

at an additional cost, subject to the terms of the rental agreement.

• Weekly rental payments are required to keep the vehicle

active and in good standing.

• Late payments are subject to a penalty of thirty dollars ($30) per hour, accruing until payment is made, up to

the daily rental rate.

• Renters are responsible for all fuel costs and basic vehicle maintenance, including maintaining cleanliness

and promptly reporting any mechanical or operational issues.

• Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in termination of the rental agreement,

repossession of the vehicle, and/or additional fees, at the sole discretion of Elevate Rentals.
