The Staging Consultation
Every great home staging begins with a clear, thoughtful look at the home.
During your consultation, we’ll walk through the property together and I’ll evaluate each space through a buyer’s eyes. I’ll provide custom, comprehensive, room-by-room recommendations with practical steps for editing, rearranging and styling using what you already have on hand whenever possible.
Many homeowners choose to implement the plan themselves using their own detailed notes and the Top 10 List of priority items I leave behind. If you’d like additional support along the way, I’m happy to return and help bring the plan to life with one of my additional services. (see below)
In other words: you’ll have a clear path forward — with as much or as little hands-on help as you need.
INVESTMENT
Consultations start at $300 for up to 2 hours
*Homes over 2,000 square feet may require additional time. We’ll discuss that before the consultation day.
Additional consultation time:
$150 per hour
The Photo Prep
Making the home Ready to smile for the camera
Once the action items from your staging consultation are complete, your home is almost ready for the spotlight. Now it’s time to make sure every detail supports strong, compelling, and action-inspiring listing photos.
That’s where the photo prep comes in.
I return to the home to fine-tune the details – adjusting placement, refining styling, and ensuring each space reads beautifully through the camera lens. These small but powerful finishing touches help the home photograph its absolute best so you can fully enjoy the results of all the work you’ve put in.
For best results, the photo prep is typically scheduled the morning of or the day before listing photos.
Both homeowners and real estate agents love this service because stronger marketing photos create stronger market positioning.
