CRM & Contact Management:
We set up a centralized CRM that organized all of Joel’s leads, past guests, and inquiries into one easy-to-use system. Now, he can track conversations, tag guest preferences, and follow up with warm leads automatically… no more missed opportunities.

Website Design Strategy Consult:
Rather than just building a new site, we partnered with Joel to rethink Hariharalaya’s entire online user journey.
