This competition is organized by
Aurora Pharmaceutical Consulting, LLC
(“Organizer”) in partnership with
MyTime
, a platform for hosting consumer challenges.
Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The competition is open to residents of jurisdictions where such competitions are not prohibited by law. Employees of Aurora Pharmaceutical Consulting, LLC, their immediate families, and individuals directly associated with the competition are ineligible to participate.
Participants must create an account on MyTime to enter the competition. Submit a video or photo entry based on the challenge requirements set out in the competition description. Share the entry with friends to gather votes.The entry with the highest votes on the MyTime platform after the competition will be declared the winner.
The start and end dates and times for the competition will be clearly indicated on the competition page on MyTime. Entries or votes received outside of this period will not be considered.
Voting is open to the public.The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries that gain votes through fraudulent or unethical means.
The prize for this competition is detailed on the competition page.Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
The winner will be notified via email or through the MyTime platform within 7 business days of the competition's end. Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
By entering the competition, participants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display their entries for promotional purposes.Participants confirm that their entries are their original work and do not infringe on the rights of third parties.
Personal data provided during the competition will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. Data will be used solely for administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent. Participants have the right to access, rectify, or delete their data at any time by contacting the Organizer.
The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, system failures, or unauthorized entries resulting from third-party actions. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at its discretion if unforeseen circumstances arise.
By participating in the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in disqualification.
This competition is governed by the laws of [Applicable Jurisdiction] and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
