2. Use of Website

4. Deposits, Payments, and Invoices

Advanced Wash Tech may require a deposit of up to 50% before work begins, depending on the size, scope, timing, or nature of the job.

Payment terms may be outlined in estimates, invoices, proposals, written communications, or service agreements.

Advanced Wash Tech may accept deposits, invoices, and card payments through a secure third-party payment processor.

Failure to comply with payment terms may result in:

Suspension of work

Cancellation of service

Late payment follow-up

Collection activity where permitted by law

Customers are responsible for reviewing invoices, deposits, and payment terms before approving service.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Advanced Wash Tech reserves the right to reschedule or delay service due to weather, unsafe conditions, lack of access, equipment issues, scheduling conflicts, or other operational needs.

Repeated cancellations, late cancellations, or failure to provide access to the property may result in rescheduling delays, additional fees, or refusal of future service where appropriate.

6. Weather Delays and Service Conditions

Because Advanced Wash Tech provides exterior cleaning services, appointments may be affected by weather and property conditions.

Services may be delayed, rescheduled, modified, or paused due to:

Lightning

High winds

Freezing temperatures

Unsafe roof, ladder, or surface conditions

Poor visibility

Excessive mud, ice, or standing water

Unsafe access to windows, gutters, driveways, walkways, or service areas

Equipment or water access issues

Advanced Wash Tech will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduling changes when weather or unsafe conditions affect service.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the areas where service is requested.

Customer responsibilities may include:

Providing access to water when needed

Unlocking gates

Clearing driveways, walkways, patios, and service areas

Providing safe access to windows, gutters, and exterior surfaces

Securing pets before service begins

Moving vehicles when needed

Moving fragile items, decorations, furniture, planters, or personal property near work areas

Informing Advanced Wash Tech of known hazards

Providing accurate property and service information

Ensuring someone is available if access or approval is needed

Advanced Wash Tech is not responsible for delays, incomplete service, or inability to perform work caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, inaccurate information, unsecured pets, blocked areas, or failure to prepare the property.

8. Recurring and One-Time Services

Advanced Wash Tech may offer both one-time services and recurring service plans.

Recurring services may be subject to separate scheduling terms, payment terms, cancellation terms, or service agreements.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, recurring services do not guarantee fixed pricing forever. Pricing may be adjusted based on service frequency, property condition, labor requirements, material costs, access conditions, or changes in scope.

Customers may request changes to recurring service schedules by contacting Advanced Wash Tech directly.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Advanced Wash Tech may review refund requests based on the nature of the service, timing of the request, work performed, customer concerns, and any applicable service agreement.

Completion of service does not automatically guarantee a refund. If a customer has a concern about completed work, they should contact Advanced Wash Tech as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.

Advanced Wash Tech may choose, at its discretion, to offer a correction, partial refund, full refund, service credit, or other resolution depending on the circumstances.

10. SMS Terms of Service

Property access limitations

Pre-existing damage

Items not moved or secured by the customer

Advanced Wash Tech’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the applicable service where legally permitted.

19. Pre-Existing Conditions and Property Damage

Customers are responsible for informing Advanced Wash Tech of known property issues before service begins.

Advanced Wash Tech is not responsible for damage caused by or related to pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:

Cracked glass

Loose or damaged window seals

Aging screens

Damaged gutters

Loose siding

Peeling paint

Weak or deteriorated trim

Improperly installed fixtures

Existing leaks

Damaged caulking

Rusted, brittle, or weakened materials

Fragile personal items left near work areas

Advanced Wash Tech will take reasonable care while performing services, but exterior cleaning may reveal existing damage, deterioration, staining, or maintenance issues that were not visible before cleaning.

20. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, branding, graphics, logos, service descriptions, photos, videos, and visual materials are the property of Advanced Wash Tech unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, distribution, or misuse is prohibited without written permission.

21. Third-Party Services
