Serving families across the DMV area
In-home implementation coaching for parents of children with autism. Practical, judgment-free support that bridges the gap between therapy sessions and everyday family life.

The Challenge
Your child is making progress in therapy — but at home, things feel different. You're not alone, and there's a way to bridge that gap.

What works in a clinical setting often falls apart at home. Morning routines, bedtime, transitions — you need strategies tailored to your actual environment.
Many families wait months or even years for ABA and other therapy services. Your child's development shouldn't be on pause while you wait.
Meltdowns, power struggles, and feeling overwhelmed — you deserve practical, judgment-free guidance from someone who truly understands.
What I Help With
Practical coaching that meets families where they are — in your home, on your schedule, with your real-life challenges.
Build consistent morning, mealtime, and bedtime routines that actually stick. I help you create visual schedules and structured systems designed for your child and your home.

No. Sesay Advising provides educational parent coaching and implementation support — not therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment. I help parents learn to apply strategies from their child's existing therapy and school programs in their home environment. If your child needs clinical services, I'm happy to help connect you with local providers.
Sesay Advising is a private-pay service. Parent coaching and educational consulting are generally not covered by insurance. I offer transparent pricing and flexible scheduling to make support accessible for your family.
I provide in-home sessions throughout the DMV (Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia) metro area. For families outside the area, virtual consultation sessions may be available.
Every family is different. Some see meaningful changes in 3–4 sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support. During your free consultation, we'll discuss your goals and I'll recommend a plan that fits your family's needs.
I primarily work with families of children ages 2–10, though every situation is unique. Book a free call and we'll determine if my services are the right fit for your child.
Sessions take place in your home during typical routines — mornings, mealtimes, transitions, or bedtime. I observe, model strategies, and coach you in real-time. It's hands-on, collaborative, and designed to give you confidence in the moments that matter most.
Book a free consultation call to discuss your family's needs. No pressure, no obligation — just a conversation about how I can help.
