A real-estate agency based in the United States needed help with Facebook Ads and overall marketing.

The Challenges:
The client had a booming real estate business for 15+ years.

They were using traditional marketing methods and had very strong referral systems in place.

But in the last 6 months, before joining CANZ Marketing, they had experienced a sudden drop in leads, customers and overall business.

They still had a good name in the industry but they did not have a strong digital presence.

The website looked dated.

There was no lead generation funnel in place on the site.

They had very little to no content on the website.

The site structure wasn’t SEO friendly at all.

Their daily traffic was below 50

They had been burnt by a so-called digital marketing consultant who basically did not do anything except for getting his pay cheque.

Getting them to invest in Facebook advertising was also a huge challenge

Our Strategy:

☝️From the initial audit insights, we realized that the digital presence and brand awareness are going to be the starting points for this client.

☝️We started off with helping the client create tons of video content for social media

☝️Then we ran the Golden Ads Strategy to start the brand awareness and engagement campaigns

☝️The plan was to pair that with the Lead gen campaign at a later point. We wanted to give the client some quick-wins so he feels ☝️more confident working with us

☝️Successfully helped the client to come up with 4 different Lead Magnets

☝️With our help, the client created a whole Lead-flow and the funnel

☝️Using their BIG offline name, we started running the Lead generation campaigns in the third week

A Chiropractor Marketing Case Study. Our Chiropractor client in Boston, MA needed Facebook & Email Marketing services to get more clients. See below how we helped them land more clients.

The Challenges:

This chiropractor was looking for customers.

He didn’t have a pipeline to generate leads to keep patients coming in and his revenue was showing it.

This client needed customers and did not have a lifetime budget or time to test different strategies.

The Strategy:

With a clear path in mind, it becomes easy to focus on producing the results.

The strategy for this client was straight forward: no complex funnels, no cross targeting, no display campaigns, nothing big! We focused on Facebook ads and email follow-up which created a simple funnel that would convert visitors into leads and leads into customers.

The Challenges:
As we know, Facebook ads are not an overnight solution. It takes time to test, optimize, and scale for accounts to see results. The client had not done any marketing campaign in the past when he came on board.

Everything from creating their ideal client avatar, to brand messaging, to their funnel strategy had to be built from the ground up.

It required extensive audience research, industry research, and the competitor analysis to develop the final strategy that would produce results for the client.

The Strategy:

We quickly analyzed what was working in the industry by using our competitor research tools.

Here’s a look at our process:

☝️With the help of the client, we built ideal customer avatars

☝️Proper pixel installation for building audiences

☝️Created 18 different audiences to test out in the initial phase (TOF)

☝️We built a full funnel

☝️We created super offers at the middle of the funnel to bring back customers on the fence

☝️We used lookalike audiences with narrowed targeting to hit a very targeted audience

☝️We created a solid abandoned cart email sequence to help increase their store conversion rate

Client Intro: 

A Start-up Marketing Case Study. We helped a startup in Seattle with their Facebook Ads using the Facebook Ads Rapid Fire Testing Method.

The Challenges:

This client was a startup and had very little to no information about their target audience.

They didn’t have their ideal customer avatars built and blank on their message and creatives.

No website and completely relied on our agency for taking them off.

The Strategy:

☝️We began with building 4 variations for their landing page, using different messaging and creatives.

☝️We built a complete Facebook ads funnel and for TOF, we decided to test out 16 different audiences.

☝️Once we knew what was working at the TOF, we quickly optimized our MOF and BOF strategies to maximize the return on ad spend.

The Results:

✔️It is always exciting to work with a client who is open to new ideas and has the time and budget to run multiple tests. Working from scratch, it’s great to have a client respect the need for testing and setup.

✔️This startup began their rapid-fire testing period to find their ideal audience, message, and creative. After this test period (between 2 – 4 weeks), we began to use the winning adsets and optimize. Depending on the account, we may horizontally or vertically scale.

✔️By the end of the third month, we were achieving an average 2x ROAS. At the end of their sixth month, we’re achieving an average 5.28x ROAS

The Challenges:

Everything the client had done in the past did not produce any results.

The data in the ad account couldn’t be used to get quick sales/wins for this client.

Given their lack of results with the previous marketing spends well into 6 figures had generated less than 2x ROAS, they needed results quickly.

The Strategy:

In the case of this client, we had 2 things to leverage:

1. Budget

2. Their brand

Based on the feedback from the client and our extensive competitor research, we created 3 strategies to test. But if something isn’t broken, don’t fix it. Which is why we’ve stuck with the first strategy.

Here’s a look at our process:

☝️ Introduced Instagram story ads

☝️ Used campaign budgeting to test out multiple audiences at once

☝️ Picked out best-performing adsets and variations to run them separately

☝️ Simultaneously launched DPAs (Dynamic Product Ads)

☝️ Built and implemented a bottom of funnel re-engagement campaign for their email list

☝️ We did a complete audience analysis after the first week and took out the best performing targeting options to use them in a killer campaign that pulled in a whopping 11X ROAS

☝️ For the top of funnel campaigns, we kept testing aggressively and kept hitting more than 3X ROAS

☝️ Launched an intricate middle of funnel retargeting strategy

☝️ Introduced lookalike and custom audiences for their top and bottom of the funnel

The Results:

✔️ This nationally recognized clothing brand initially came to us with a negative Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). We did a complete ad account audit and had a long strategy session call with the client to understand the problems that they were facing

✔️ Within 4 days after the initial strategy session call, we had a complete strategy in place for our full Facebook funnel

✔️ Within 3 weeks of launching, we were achieving 2.5x ROAS

✔️ At the end of our 1st month, we were easily achieving 4.36x ROAS
