3. Booking & Payment

Scheduling: Services must be booked in advance through our online form, email, or phone.

Payment: Payment is due before services begin unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and Venmo.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the safety and well-being of your pet(s), you agree to:

Disclose any health issues, behavioral concerns, or special needs;

Provide all necessary supplies (food, medication, leashes, etc.);

Ensure that your home is accessible for the scheduled visits.

Provide your consent to our waiver of liability.

5. Emergency Care

In the event of a pet emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If you cannot be reached, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at your expense. You authorize us to act in the best interest of your pet(s) under such circumstances.

Illness, injury, or loss of your pet unless caused by proven negligence;

Damage to your home or property resulting from your pet’s behavior;
