My Story
I'm a little bit different to most mortgage brokers and financial advisors.
My journey into personal finance began in an unexpected way. At 13, after a bad sunburn kept me indoors for days, I picked up the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki.
This book sparked a passion for understanding personal finance that has driven my career and eventually my decision to start my own business. I've since dedicated myself to mastering financial negotiation and helping individuals like you navigate complex financial landscapes.

We regularly save our customers a LOT of money by refinancing their mortgages and during this process often find they are with a KiwiSaver provider that may not be the best fit for them based on their age, goals and existing providers performance

General Insurance Advice and Referrals
A lot of our customers have had their same life and home insurance since they initially purchased their home. If it's not been reviewed recently, they are often spending much more than they need to be. Because of this, we recommend they speak with an insurance advisor to help them "right plan" their insurance.

On a typical $500,000.00 mortgage, you can expect to walk away $3,500.00 better off just based on the winnings bank cash incentive. Plus any other benefits like lower rates or better structuring leading to paying less interest.
For standard residential refinances, we charge no fees. We are paid by the banks to identify and verify ideal customers.
For complex lending situations like commercial finance or development lending, we charge a fee which will be quoted in advance.
We can help in this situation and have done before. We will need to speak with you to understand your current situation and help identify the best options for you.
There is no real difference, they are different names for the same thing.
