Each session is designed to be engaging and practical, providing participants with the opportunity to ask questions, seek clarification, and explore key concepts in real time. Our virtual training ensures meaningful professional learning from the comfort and convenience of home or workplace settings.
2 Hour team meeting workshop training
Our 2-hour onsite training sessions are thoughtfully designed to support and strengthen your team within the comfort of your own service. Delivered during team meetings, these sessions create a warm, collaborative space where educators feel heard, valued, and inspired.
Together, we explore practical strategies, reflect on current practice, and build shared understanding aligned with your service philosophy and goals. Each session encourages open dialogue, meaningful discussion, and gentle challenge ensuring your team leaves feeling empowered, confident, and united in their approach.
Half day on site workshops
Our half-day workshops offer an immersive, hands-on learning experience designed to bring pedagogy to life within your own environment. Grounded in the principles of slow pedagogy, we create space for educators to pause, reflect, and deepen their understanding of intentional practice moving beyond surface-level strategies toward meaningful, sustainable change.
With a strong emphasis on alongside mentoring, we work side-by-side with your team modelling practice, engaging in reflective conversation, and offering in-the-moment guidance. This practical, relational approach strengthens confidence, alignment, and consistency across the service.
Participants leave feeling grounded, inspired, and equipped with practical tools to embed a calm, intentional, and relationship-centred pedagogy into their everyday practice.
Full Day onsite package
Our full-day onsite mentoring experience offers deep, intentional support tailored to your service and team. Throughout the day, we work alongside educators within their own learning environments — observing, modelling, guiding, and engaging in reflective conversations in real time. This immersive approach allows for meaningful insight into current practice while gently strengthening pedagogy, team alignment, and educator confidence.
Grounded in relationship-centred practice and slow pedagogy, the day creates space to thoughtfully consider environment, interactions, and the rhythm of the day — ensuring change is purposeful, sustainable, and responsive to the needs of your children and team.
The experience is then followed by the 2-hour evening team meeting, where we come together to reflect on the day’s observations, celebrate strengths, and collaboratively identify clear next steps. This session provides a supportive space for shared dialogue, unified vision building, and practical planning ensuring the learning from the day is embedded across the whole team.
Educators leave feeling seen, supported, and inspired, with clarity and confidence in the direction forward.

Inconsistent Practice
Across the Team
Educators working with different expectations, approaches, and standards can lead to confusion, tension, and inconsistent experiences for children and families.

Behaviours that are
Challenging
Teams often feel overwhelmed or unsure how to respond consistently and calmly to complex behaviours, impacting relationships and learning environments.

Lack of Clear Pedagogical Direction
Services may feel they are “doing a lot” but without a shared philosophy or intentional approach guiding daily decisions, environments, and documentation.

Low Morale or
Team Disconnection
Breakdowns in communication, unclear roles, or unresolved tensions can affect collaboration, trust, and overall team culture.

Struggles with Assessment & Rating Readiness
Educators can feel anxious or underprepared when aligning practice with the National Quality Standards and demonstrating evidence of quality.
