AARTH empowers our community with vital knowledge and life-saving skills through focused outreach and education.

The Workshop is designed to help people with ongoing health problems manage them more effectively. Anyone with a chronic condition such as diabetes, arthritis, HIV/AIDS, heart disease, asthma, fibromyalgia, or any other on-going health condition should participate.

 

Caregivers or family members who serve as caregivers are welcomed. Anyone looking to better their everyday lives are encouraged to attend.

Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP)*

Helps participants manage ongoing health conditions, reduce symptoms, and improve daily life.

Focused education and support for people living with diabetes.

Cooking Classes

Hands-on and virtual classes that promote healthy, culturally relevant meals.

Decluttering Classes

Support for organizing living spaces to reduce stress and improve safety.

Lunch & Learn Sessions

Short, informative workshops focused on specific health topics.

Bingocize®

A fun program that combines bingo, exercise, and health education.
