It all started back in 2017, right here in Norway, when our founders Øystein and Mariann decided workplace training needed a serious upgrade. Too often, the skills we pick up on the job go unnoticed, undocumented, or worse - forgotten. Yet, we spend most of our lives learning at work! We knew there had to be a better way to keep track of all that amazing knowledge while making training more engaging, easier to manage, and fun to share.

Fast forward to today, and we’re thrilled to say we’re doing exactly that! Our team of creative problem-solvers, tech wizards, and learning enthusiasts have poured their hearts into building Vignita: a training platform designed to make life at work (and learning at work) a whole lot simpler.
